They also gimped the oceans and caves in that version which makes the world less fun to explore. If we did 1.6.2 it would have the advantage that there are horses for one thing. If we did 1.2.1 we would get a unique world generation that is my personal favorite where the forests look different than any other version because of a bug. I also know a lot of fun glitches for that version like breaking bedrock, duplicating sand and using it to make belt machines which opens up redstone in interesting ways, and cosetically altering blocks to get otherwise unatainable varients. If we did Beta 1.7 we could potentially move the spawn point to the far lands, although the gimick of those wears off after a while and they are a very unwelcoming place.

Given /mlp/ going down, I think this thread is relevant again to ask about a few similar generals. So: thread topic seems nominally allowed as per the similar decision for the gmod server, but thread quality might be questionable. >/opg/ Similar to /tf2g/ but with maybe less overt gaylust because everyone uses pony models in-game (rather than chatting with anons IRL on steam or something), but is still similar to /tf2g/ in that most people know each other by name. It's not like there's namefagging in the thread but it's still a thread entirely about a community of anons pretending to be ponies, and not about discussing the show or whatever. >gaming thread A thread for anons to advertise multiplayer games and get together to play with fellow horsefuckers, basically /vm/ but poni. As far as I know a lot less issues with potential namefaggotry but also a lot more "advertisey" in that it's mostly people trying to find players to get together. Probably fine but mentioning for completeness. What would be the janny fiat should any of these three generals, or similar types (the common theme being "centered around a bunch of anons doing something together, mostly off-board but using a board thread for central organisation"), wish to move here assuming total /mlp/ death?

And to be fair these are the "worst" cases, most of the discussion in both threads is usually just about stuff that goes on in the game, organising shit, events, gameplay commentary, etc. rather than any namefag discussion.
