Trixie thread Anonymous 10/26/2024 (Sat) 23:40:09 No. 18145
Lets have a thread for this magic horse whom I love a lot.
>>18145 Few can comprehend what it means to be the Greatest and Powerfullest.
>>18163 When do you think she started claiming the title of "Great and Powerful"?
>>18164 Trixie’s stage name arose iteratively. As a young filly, the Adorable yet Inexperienced Trixie learned from her father that if she wanted to make it in show biz, she needed something to distinguish herself from the burbling masses of other, less-talented performers, and there was no better place to start than her stage name. Her very first inspiration was “Arrivederci”, which she had heard from other performers. She loved the way the rolled ‘r’ sounded and practiced it obsessively until she was rolling her ‘r’s in everything, including “Trrrixie Lulamoon”. Not too shortly after came “Trrrixie the Grrreat” —double the rolling, double the fun. As Trixie’s tastes became more refined, she realized ponies needed a nice dramatic buildup before they could be subjected to the sheer magnificence of Trixie’s name, sort of like a drum roll—thus, “The Grrreat Trrrixie”. However, having two rolled r’s so close to each other felt a bit excessive. “The Great and Glorious Trixie” was a candidate, but reminded her too much of griffon titles. Finally, in her teenage years, Trixie settled on the brilliant and inventive title that now bedazzles her audiences all across Equestria: “the Grrrreat and Powerful Trrrixie!
>>18165 Really love your take on it. Trixie is very underrated mare.
