A dream. I saw Derpy, who was wearing some kind of Nightmare Night costume. A hagraven from Skyrim would be my guess of what it was supposed to look like, but not really close at all. She shook her wings to show the "decorations", basically black feathers and little bells taped over her real feathers. She looked particularly adorable.
