Pinkie has a kid later, so she definitely fucks. Other than that I can't see any of them having had sex. They have pretty childish attitudes towards that kind of thing. And they're female, so it's not like they'd struggle to get it. It just sort of makes sense to me that it happens off screen/happened before the show started.
